Overview

Terry Jones is the facilities manager for all 6 of the PSRB properties, including 3 historic homes and three office buildings. His focus is on building-related issues, including security, fire safety, and compliance with state and local rules and regulations. He manages logistics and purchasing of supplies, furniture and equipment, and contractors for various maintenance issues, which may require a Certificate of Appropriateness and/or Historical Foundation approval. Terry also maintains our Conference Center for various meetings, and enjoys catering PSRB events and receptions. He works directly with the Controller on yearly budgets, and with the firm’s Management Committee to determine and prioritize projects and maintenance items.

Terry was one of the first PSRB employees when he joined the firm in 1988. Prior to PSRB, Terry was the clerk coordinator in the messenger department at Baker & Daniels, and was security personnel for Circle Realty Corporation, a subsidiary of American Fletcher National Bank.
