Nick served as a law clerk at Plews Shadley Racher & Braun before joining the firm full-time. Prior to joining PSRB, Nick was an intern with Community Hospital Network’s legal department and helped implement Community’s Medical-Legal Partnership at its inception in June 2017. Nick also participated in the Conservation Law Clinic at the Robert H. McKinney School of Law and focused his research into state anti-SLAPP (strategic limitation against public participation) statutes.
