John is an experienced litigator who regularly represents plaintiffs and defendants in environmental and other litigation matters. His cases include insurance coverage disputes involving multiple claims in multiple states, and complex commercial litigation. John is national collections counsel for a major manufacturing company. He has also prevailed in qui tam actions and was an invited presenter on this topic at a national seminar.
