Debbie Fennessy has been with the firm since December, 2000. As Human Resources Manager, she oversees personnel-related matters, and administers and serves as the primary information source for benefits and firm insurance coverages. Externally, Debbie acts as the liaison for partners and employees and insurance providers to resolve benefits-related issues, monitor utilization and ensure that plan provisions are followed.
Previously Debbie managed customer service teams at several Indianapolis companies and provided consulting services to small businesses.
