Ali S. Sylvia to serve on ICBR Board of Directors
Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP partner Ali S. Sylvia will serve on the 2015 Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR) Board of Directors as an organization representative for IndyCREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). Sylvia is the 2015 IndyCREW president.
The ICBR was created in 1994 and serves to coordinate education, information, networking and public policy for the benefit of its members. ICBR has nearly 700 members comprised of real estate practitioners dedicated to serving the needs of commercial clients in aspects of brokerage, leasing, appraising, property management, and development.
Sylvia chairs PSRB’s Real Estate Group and focuses her practice on real estate and other business transactions, environmental counseling, health care/life sciences and business services. She represents clients in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of various retail, office and other commercial/ industrial properties. Sylvia also represents various banks and lending institutions and borrowers in the financing of real estate and other business transactions. Sylvia’s clients also include dentists, restaurateurs and other family owned businesses.
