Brittani C. Carpenter

Brittani Carpenter joined the firm in January 2025 as the Manager of Human Resources. With over a decade of experience in aligning HR solutions with business objectives, she provides PSRB with comprehensive technical, operational, and strategic HR support.

Prior to joining PSRB, Brittani led the HR department for a mid-sized SaaS company, optimized HR operations for an Indiana-based credit union, and spearheaded HR technology initiatives for Indianapolis’ municipal transportation corporation.

Brittani holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University, along with a certification in HR Management. She is an active member of the National Society of Leadership Success (NSLS) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
