Cody was a Division I athlete and studied business management at Indiana University in Bloomington where he earned his Bachelor of Science from the Kelley School of Business in 2018. In May, 2021 Cody graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he served as an article editor for the Indiana Law Review and focused his studies on corporate and commercial law. Cody has represented the State of Indiana as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, whereafter he shifted his practice towards the representation of small business owners – primarily with a focus on construction contracts and litigation. Cody is currently a member of the Executive Committee for the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Litigation Group.
