Jonathan Emenhiser represents businesses and individuals in a variety of complex litigation matters including commercial, insurance coverage and environmental litigation. He is a seasoned litigator, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in a wide-range of complex legal matters. In addition to litigation, Jonathan’s practice also includes appellate work at both the state and federal levels. He is an active member in several business and community organizations including the Indianapolis, Indiana, and American Bar Associations, as well as Young Professionals of Central Indiana.
