Plews Shadley Racher and Braun LLP is pleased to announce Kevin M. Toner has joined the firm as Of Counsel.

Kevin brings more than thirty-four years of experience and expertise as a successful business litigation and trial lawyer in the areas of insurance coverage on behalf of policyholders, product liability, supply and software contracts, class actions, and toxic torts. His legal representations span global manufacturing, agribusiness, research pharmaceutical, medical device, hospital, physician group, computer technology, financial services, higher education, charitable foundations, colleges, universities, and other nonprofit clients.

Kevin is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Indiana University. He is a frequent lecturer for corporations, associations, and trade groups. He regularly dedicates substantial time to pro bono cases and has long served as a director on the boards of legal services organizations in Indianapolis.
