John M. Ketcham has become a registered civil mediator in Indiana. As a mediator, John will be assisting litigants in reaching a mutually acceptable agreement by identifying the issues, reducing misunderstanding, clarifying priorities, exploring areas of compromise, and finding points of agreement as well as legitimate points of disagreement. Registered mediators in Indiana must be an attorney in good standing with the Supreme Court of Indiana. Additionally, an attorney must complete at least 40 hours of civil mediation training as approved by the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education, as well as Commission-approved continuing mediation education on an ongoing basis.
Ketcham is an experienced litigator who regularly represents plaintiffs and defendants in environmental and other litigation matters. His cases include complex insurance coverage disputes involving multiple claims in multiple states and complex commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in Indiana, Michigan, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits.
