Jonathan P. Emenhiser practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, commercial disputes, insurance coverage and environmental litigation.  He is a seasoned litigator, representing plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters.  This breadth is reflected by his membership in the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and other legal organizations. Jonathon is recognized as a leader in insurance coverage and was named an Indiana Super Lawyers® "Rising Star" for 2009 and 2011 for Insurance Coverage.  He is a Former Board Member of the Sherman Minton Moot Court.  Jonathan was an associate at Henderson Daily Withrow & DeVoe in Indianapolis.  He received his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Manchester College in 1997 and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington in 2000.
