|
Mr. Braun is a Senior Partner in the law firm of Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP, Indianapolis, Indiana, where he specializes in Complex Commercial, Environmental and Insurance Coverage Litigation. Mr. Braun regularly appears in federal and state courts throughout Indiana and elsewhere representing clients in a wide variety of complex business, commercial, environmental and insurance coverage litigation matters. Mr. Braun’s representations include a wide array of contract, real estate, toxic tort and class action litigations. Mr. Braun also regularly represents clients in a variety of complex administrative, regulatory, legislative and transactional matters. Since 1993 Mr. Braun has served as General Counsel to the Indiana Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association. Mr. Braun’s legislative and administrative representations include the drafting of numerous Indiana statutes and regulations governing environmental regulations, the regulation of underground storage tanks, and Indiana’s Underground Storage Tank Excess Liability Trust Fund. From 1999 through 2001, Mr. Braun served on the Indiana University-Indiana Law School Faculty for Civil Mediation and Dispute Resolution Course. Since 2001, Mr. Braun has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the IU School of Law-Indianapolis.
