||PSRB Client Novia CareClinics to Merge
By Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP
Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP (PSRB) is pleased to
announce that its Indianapolis-based client Novia CareClinics, LLC and
Wisconsin-based QuadMed, LLC have entered into a definitive agreement to
merge. The two companies provide employer-sponsored health care
management solutions and on-site primary care. PSRB will
continue to represent the combined company once the merger is closed, which is
expected to happen within 30 days.
Novia has opened 50 primary care clinics for employers since it
was founded in 2006. Together, QuadMed and Novia CareClinics
will operate more than 90 clinic locations across 18 states and serve the needs
of more than 150,000 patients. The combined company will maintain existing
administrative offices in Indianapolis and Wisconsin.
The companies say the combined entity will offer clients an
expanded geographic footprint to better meet the needs of multi-location
companies locally, regionally or nationally; a broader range of services; and a
wider variety of competitively-priced health care solutions.
